Full Out Fest is presented by Troy Dance Factory. Under the direction of Nadine Medina, Full Out Fest showcases the talent of 100 plus dancers of all ages on stage going full out with choreography in hip-hop, tap, contemporary, heels and more! The evening ends with a riverfront dance party, open to all, with beats by DJ Intell Hayesfield.

Much like music and dance, art has an important place in our community. Combining dance and music onstage with art offstage, our festival bridges many forms of creative expression. RESIDENTS, ACTIVISTS, MAKERS, & MOVERS

Bringing the community together is one of the primary missions of FOF. We offer free spots in our Full Out Fest market to local non-profit organizations who support and uplift members of our community through mental health services, housing, food access and sustainability, and more. Everyone is encouraged to explore the market-area to meet the artists, innovators and change-makers in our local community.

Full Out Fest Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in joining us at Full Out Fest! Applications are due by midnight on March 31st and we'll be notifying applicants of our selections by April 10th. This form is for makers and organizations local to Troy, NY. A separate form will be provided for musicians. Note that, if accepted, the vendor fee is $75 ($25 for non-profits).

By submitting this application you agree to be texted by representatives of Full Out Fest for purposes of event coordination, including updates relevant to your application and participation. Full Out Fest is not responsible for data or messaging fees.

You understand that if you are accepted you may only bring/sell what you were approved for via this application. If you make jewelry and candles, and receive a conditional acceptance of candles only, you may not bring jewelry to sell. Doing so may result in your being removed from Full Out Fest without refund.

You agree to be prepared with adequate tent weights if using a pop-up tent. Tents, tables, and chairs will not be provided but may be rented if approved.

If approved, you agree to pay the vendor fee of $75 ($25 for non profits providing proof of status). You also agree to pay this fee by April 30 via invoice to the email address provided.

If approved, you agree to provide the following by April 30:

Proof of Worker's Compensation OR Proof of Exemption (required by City of Troy)
Proof of liability listing Troy Dance Factory & City of Troy as additionally insured
Vendor application (required by City of Troy)

We will provide links to assist approved vendors in procuring these items.

Full Out Fest Musician Application

Thank you for your interest in joining us at Full Out Fest! Applications are due by midnight on April 10th and we'll be notifying applicants of our selections by April 17th. This form is for musicians local to Troy, NY. Approved musicians will be compensated a total of $200, via check, after completing their set. Note that we are only taking applications from solo acts, duos, or trios and will not approve or accommodate more than 3 participants per act. The $200 is for the group, not per person.

If approved, understand that payment will be $200 in total.

You confirm that, if approved, your set will be between 20 and 25 minutes, including talking between songs.
